- 46 Private Room Rehabilitation Unit
We provide the most aggressive and comprehensive post-surgical, sub-acute rehab program focusing on four sub-specialties: orthopedic, neurological, cardio-pulmonary and post-surgical rehabilitation.
Our specially trained rehabilitation professionals will design a customized 7-day-a-week therapy program that meets your individual needs and will work with you so that your stay at Fieldhome is as beneficial and brief as possible.
We also provide the extra oversight of a Nurse Practitioner. This allows for continuous collaborative communication with our patient’s physicians, decreasing the chance of re-hospitalization and minimizing the patient’s length of stay. Fieldhome is the only sub-acute rehabilitation facility in the region to have such a strong medical presence in its rehab program.
Fieldhome has 46 private rooms and bathrooms for its rehab patients. See our Amenities page for more information on this and our other amenities.
Skilled services also available to short-term rehab patients include:
- Sub-Acute Care
- IV Therapy
- Wound Care
- Medically Complex Care
- Pain Management
- Respiratory/Tracheostomy Care
- Ostomy Care
- Bariatric Care (some limitations apply)

“On behalf of my mother and myself, I would like to tell you about the wonderful physical therapy department at Field Home. They were always kind and cheerful, while at the same time urging my mother to do her best... I really appreciate everything [they] did to assist my mother with her rehab and would not hesitate to recommend Field Home.”
